• The Challenge: A residential property needed a high-security upgrade to prevent unauthorized entry while maintaining a clean aesthetic.
• The Solution: Installed an 8-strand high-tension electric fence powered by a Nemtek Wizord 2i energizer, topped with galvanized flat-wrap razor wire.

Project Title: Smart GSM Intruder Alarm System – Residential Estate, Kiambu Rd

• The Challenge: The homeowner needed a reliable security layer that could detect break-ins before entry and alert them instantly, even during power outages or when they were away from the property.
• The Solution: We deployed a multi-zone GSM Intruder Alarm System featuring vibration sensors on windows and PIR motion detectors in high-traffic areas. The setup includes a heavy-duty backup battery and a high-decibel outdoor siren with a strobe light.
• The Result: A fully integrated “invisible” perimeter that sends SMS and App alerts to the owner’s phone the moment a breach is detected, ensuring 24/7 proactive protection.

 Industrial Fiberglass Extension Ladder Supply – Telecommunications Site, Athi River

• The Challenge: A local telecommunications provider needed a non-conductive, heavy-duty solution for technicians to safely access overhead cable trays and high-mounted security cameras in an environment with active electrical components.
• The Solution: We supplied and delivered Heavy-Duty Fiberglass Extension Ladders (Grade 1A). Unlike aluminum, fiberglass is non-conductive, making it the industry standard for electrical and security work. The ladders feature slip-resistant D-rungs, heavy-duty swivel shoes, and integrated pole grips for stability.
• The Result: Enhanced onsite safety compliance. Technicians can now perform routine maintenance at heights of up to 10 meters with a stable, high-capacity platform that eliminates the risk of electrical arcing.

Biometric Time & Attendance / Access Control installation

Project Title: Biometric Time & Attendance and Access Control Integration – Corporate Headquarters, Upper Hill

• The Challenge: A multi-floor corporate office needed to eliminate “buddy punching” (time fraud) and restrict unauthorized access to sensitive server rooms and executive offices.
• The Solution: We installed a networked ZKTeco Biometric System featuring fingerprint and palm-vein recognition. The system was integrated with electromagnetic locks (EM locks) on high-security doors and synced with the HR department’s payroll software for automated reporting.
• The Result: A 30% improvement in payroll accuracy and 100% audit trail of all personnel movements, providing the management with real-time data on employee attendance and facility security.

Project Title: High-Speed Perimeter Automation & Security Integration – Gated Community, Nyali.

The Challenge: A busy residential estate with over 40 units was experiencing long vehicle queues at the main entrance and security breaches due to slow-moving manual gates. The management needed a “heavy-duty” solution capable of high-frequency cycles without overheating or failing during Nairobi’s frequent power fluctuations.The Solution: We decommissioned the existing manual setup and installed the Centurion D10 SMART Industrial Sliding Gate Motor. This high-speed system was backed up by a dual-battery power supply and integrated with G-ULTRA GSM technology, allowing residents to open the gate via a secure mobile app or missed call, eliminating the need for vulnerable physical remotes.The Result: Entry wait times were reduced by 60% thanks to the motor’s high-speed performance. The estate now maintains a digital log of every gate opening, and the “Battery Low” alerts sent directly to our maintenance team ensure the gate remains 100% operational even during prolonged power outages.

• Advanced Detection Technology: We utilized Multisensor Detectors in the lounge areas to significantly reduce false alarms caused by steam or theatrical effects, while ensuring rapid response to actual fire signatures.
