Warranty Coverage
All products come with a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date. Specific products (e.g., Hikvision CCTV, ZKTeco biometrics) may carry extended warranties of up to 24 months, as indicated at purchase. The warranty covers:
- Defects in materials or workmanship.
- Free repairs or replacements (at our discretion).
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., battery degradation).
- Damage from external factors (e.g., power surges, natural disasters).
Warranty Claim Process
To claim warranty service:

- Provide proof of purchase and photos/videos of the issue.
- Ship the product to our Nairobi office or schedule a technician visit (free in Nairobi, fees apply elsewhere).
- We’ll repair or replace the product within 7-14 business days.
