Shipping Methods and Costs

Standard shipping (3-7 business days) starts at KES 500 for Nairobi and KES 1,000 for other regions. Express shipping (1-3 business days) is available at a premium. Costs are displayed at checkout, and free shipping applies to orders over KES 50,000 within Nairobi.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the order is dispatched. Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time, and we will notify you accordingly.
Delivery Timelines
