1. When a user places their finger on the FR1200, the device captures their fingerprint. 
2. The fingerprint template is then transferred via the RS485 interface to the connected access control panel. 
3. The panel matches the template against its database to determine if the user has access rights. 
4. If there is a match, the panel then controls the door or access point.
